Today we were thrilled to finally receive the apple juice we had pressed from the apples we picked last autumn. Everyone took a bottle home; it was delicious!
Work continues on a garden table and two benches and work was completed on a rounders bat and a hefty oak mallet. Twig and Barley had lots of chill time in the sunshine and had lots of fuss made of them too.
We crushed up breeze blocks to make hardcore to fill a couple of potholes in the carpark and made a start on the original bench to remove rotten/damaged planks. It was a relaxed and yet productive day. Fruit corner is starting to have some of the seedlings we planted a few weeks ago to move them out of the poly tunnel and into the raised beds in Fruit Corner. It all looking very green and lush.
