the first blubell is out!

On Wednesday it was a lovely relaxing sunny day. We pottered around with the plant seedlings, potting out the peas and radishes, which felt very exciting. Almost all the seeds we planted have germinated and the warm weather this past week has really helped.

It was so exciting to notice the first bluebells open up. At the moment the woods are a carpet of white wood anemone and looking very beautiful.

We also made some willow cordage to make friendship bracelets from the willow we had coppiced on Tuesday and dug two more post holes for the new wood shed.. For lunch we made some wild garlic and nettle pesto which was delicious!
