Harvesting in Fruit corner

On Tuesday we were able to harvest quite a number of veg from Fruit Corner, this included rainbow chard, spinach, courgettes and green beans. We even ate some spinach that day.

We are currently working on a small project to sand and oil some extremely long teepee poles to protect them from the weather. This has been a nice and social activity to work on together.

We are going to build a fence around the new pond and so some of the chestnut poles were split in half using a froe.
