Woodworking and walks

Oh how the weather can change in September! We had hot sun and blue skies yesterday and torrential rain for a good part of the day today. Happily, we all had waterproofs and good footwear and made the most of the dry spell in the afternoon to go for a new adventure walk with Barley. It included fixing a broken style.

We did a lot of wood working in the woods and this included replacing the wooden boards surrounding the tap, continuing with making the ladder and wooden box, as well as making lots of kindling to keep the kettles boiling for hot drinks.
