This morning, the group were busy doing a variety of different activities. The final tomatoes and cucumbers in Fruit Corner were picked, the shelving made yesterday was oiled, Mark started to create the roof for the Yoda Hut. Some of the students finished a planter for Fruit Corner in preparation for next season's growing. Work was continued on the Bodger's shelter for the pole lathe. Whilst moving logs to a new corral, we had an exciting discovery of a toad named Frank. We gave him a new home for the day before releasing him somewhere dark and damp where he would be safe at the end of the day.

After lunch, we had a potential new student visiting, they tried their hand at sawing, splitting, and clearing brambles. Work was continued on the wood shed by cladding the side. Finally, an old cast iron skillet was thoroughly sanded to remove the rust and then heated up and seasoned with oil over the fire.
