Tuesday 16th December

Today we really appreciated the dry weather as the ground is less slippery. We enjoyed a lovely walk with Barley and gathered some birch twigs for starting the fire.

More progress was made with the posts for the kitchen and some were sunk into the holes. Chopping boards were finished, posts peeled, kindling created and a huge quantity of willow that Mark had coppiced was moved. It was a great day.
