New willow soaker, new ladder and a birthday

On Wednesday it was one of our student's birthdays. We celebrated with a cake and a couple of games, including 'Splat the Rat.' We had a fun time.

It was also a day when we finished a couple of ongoing projects including a ladder and willow soaker; the ladder was especially good.. A pallet was dismantled for making kindling. These boards were then sawn up and split using the kindling cracker. We also did some sorting and moving firewood logs to corrals for seasoning and tended to the charcoal area by tidying it up.
